According to industry publications, July 7 is the biggest wedding day of the year for 2007. Across the country, brides- and grooms-to-be have stood in line hours to book venues, often planning months in advance to get their perfect spot. Sasha and Natalia Olsen camped out at 3 a.m. on February 2 to score their dream wedding site: the Pavilion at Olin Park.

"Well, we saw Neil and Kelly getting out of their Suburu as we were pulling in the parking lot," Natalia told this website. "So I'm all, 'Oh shit! Sasha do something.' So he launches into this epic tuck and roll out of the car. And sprints to door, beating Neil to the head of the line by 10ths of a second. All I can say is that it's a good thing his lap times are up because I'd be majorly bummed if we lost out on Olin to Neil and Kelly. I mean they're our friends and all, but we really wanted to get married in this park."

So being the iconoclasts that they are, my friends Diane and Eric decided to tie the knot on this day of nupitual infamy. They managed a lovely location in Warner Park next to the lagoon. I cried. Diane promised to NOT obey. The reception was in the community center which is really quite nice. And dinner and dancing were delicious. Diane and Eric, thanks for being not too weird about marriage. Best wishes.
